Any free downloadable mpeg4 to mp3 converters??

I have all these Mpeg4 songs off cds n stuff but im tryna put them on mp3 cds so i need a converter. Is there any that you guys know of thats 100% free and converts the whole song not just a cheap trial version which only does half the song lol. Any help is appreciated. Thanks!
