How do I add an mp3 player to my website?

I want to add my own bands tracks to my website. Is there a FREE and easy way of doing this, as the free mp3 players give instruction in html code format, which I’ve found very difficult and frustrating to understand? So, i really need a free mp3 or media player to add to my site with easy to understand instructions?
