What is a great online program that lets me convert text to speech, and is downloadable as a .mp3 or .wav file?
i’m making a cd for warm ups in basketball games, and i would like to hav a voice that says "ladies & gentleman get on your feet! this is ********** basketball! any ideas? i’d like to be able to download the file so i can put it on the cd…thanks!!!:-)
